There is a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, LI-92B that allows 380 still images in a single charge. It also allows continuous video shooting for 120 minutes in a single charge. The battery operates under CIPA DC-002 specification. The battery along with the AC power adapter is included in the kit. The battery of 3.6VDC has a capacity of 1350mAh.
